We do not collect payments on this website and we never ask for card details through the quote form.

• To prepare and send your free cleaning estimate.
• To schedule, confirm and carry out the cleaning service you request.
• To follow up with you about your quote or a service you booked.
• To keep basic records of the jobs we perform, as required for our business and tax records.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not use your details for advertising lists.

Where your information is stored

Quote requests submitted on this website are stored in our secured business database with access limited to Mr. Carpet Cleaning staff, and a copy is emailed to our business inbox (mrcarpetnj@gmail.com) so we can respond quickly. We keep quote and job records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the minimal, technically necessary browser storage needed for the site to function. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not share browsing data with ad networks.

If you use the accessibility options, we save your display preferences in your browser on this device. You can reset these preferences using the accessibility panel or clear your browser storage. These preferences are not sent with your quote request.

Sending a quote by text

When you submit the quote form, your request is saved and your device may open its text messaging app with your details addressed to our business phone. You choose whether to tap Send. Submitting the form does not automatically send an SMS from your phone or subscribe you to marketing texts. Your mobile provider’s message charges may apply.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate: our website hosting, our secured database, our email provider and Google (for our business profile, map and reviews). These providers process data only on our behalf to deliver the service you asked for. When you click a link to our Google profile or leave a Google review, Google's own privacy policy applies.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you about a quote at any time.
• Opt out of follow-up messages by replying STOP to a text or telling us by phone.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed to homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
