Area Rug Cleaning
Your area rug catches everything a floor does, but it holds onto it. We take rugs back to our Passaic wash plant, dust out the dry soil that vacuuming never reaches, then hand-wash with pH-correct solutions matched to the fiber.

Oriental & Persian Rug Cleaning
Hand-knotted rugs are textiles first and floor coverings second. Silk highlights, vegetable dyes and cotton foundations all react differently to water, so every Persian, Turkish, Chinese and Caucasian rug we take in gets an individual wash plan.

Wool & Shag Rug Cleaning
Wool is forgiving until it meets high-alkaline detergent or hot water. Then it shrinks, yellows and loses its natural lanolin. Our wool wash stays under pH 8 and under 100°F, which is why wool rugs come back soft instead of crunchy.

Wall-to-Wall Carpet Cleaning
Wall-to-wall carpet is cleaned in your home with truck-mounted hot water extraction. Traffic lanes get a pre-spray and agitation pass first, so the soil is already suspended before the wand touches it.

Upholstery Cleaning
Upholstery fabric is thinner, more delicate and far more visible than carpet. We read the manufacturer cleaning code (W, S, WS or X) on every piece and match the method to it rather than using one machine for everything.

The sofa absorbs more daily use than any other soft surface in the house. We clean the frame, both sides of every cushion, the deck underneath and the skirt, because cleaning only the visible top leaves a dirty seam line.
